The Beachin' Eats Food Truck will be open selling awesome food from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday and from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday. Water and soft drinks will be sold, but no alcohol will be available (BYOB, coolers are welcome).
There is a festival parking lot just west of Needle Rush Condos on the Gulf Side of Perdido Key Drive in a private fenced parking lot (Event Parking Banner will be displayed on fence), AND another parking lot behind the Snappy Food Mart just east of Needle Rush Condos on the Ole River Side of Perdido Key Drive (that parking lot is the gravel lot between the store and the pink house). Also, there is a new subdivision to the east of the Snappy Food Mart where you can park on the street. That street and both parking lots are located less than 500’ walking distance to the Playa del Rio RV Resort with the nice new 8' wide walking path on the north side of road.
There will be NO PARKING at the Playa del Rio except for special pass parking and an area for musician to load in and load out. ALL musicians and attendees must park at the event parking lots or off-site and walk to the festival, or take UBER, LYFT or a cab service. If you contact UBER, LYFT or another local cab service, they will not be able to drive into the property (you will be picked up and dropped off on Perdido Key Drive, in front of the Playa del Rio RV Resort).

IMPORTANT **NO REFUND** NOTICE:
Perdido Key Music Festival is a charity event presented by Sandy Roots Records and Beachbilly Lifestyle, hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort with 100% of all proceeds from the event going to benefit the Frank Brown Songwriters' Foundation for Music and other great charities and causes. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, a rain out or any other occurrence that is out of the organizer's control that causes the festival to be postponed, there will be NO REFUNDS issued, there will be no guarantee of the same band line-up for rescheduled event dates, and there will be no guarantee of the location or new date or time of year for rescheduling. All passes will be valid for the rescheduled date. In the event of rain on Friday, the Friday performances will be moved indoors to the Perdido Key Sports Bar.
No tents or umbrellas are allowed to enter the property.
BYOB and your own folding chairs (unless you purchase reserved seating). Coolers are welcome. NO PETS ALLOWED.
There will be raffle tickets available for $5 each or 5 for $20. Over $5,000 in awesome raffle items from our generous sponsors will be given away throughout the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during stage changeovers throughout the day (as long as raffle prizes last).
The raffle ends at 7 pm each day.
There will be a silent auction with great items such as a Keith Urban Guitar, an autographed 2020 Frank Brown Art Poster framed, a 3-hour Sandy Roots Studio Recording Session, a 10-hour Recording Session with overnight guest house accommodations at 30-South Studio in Franklin TN, an Autographed Guitar signed by all PKMF performers, a Soul Strings original art bracelet created by Cynthia Adams (for a man or woman), a Private 3-hour House Party Concerts with one of our many local Perdido Key musicians performing live, a Beachbilly Lifestyle Perdido Key Music Festival 2023 VIP Boat Club Package that will include a boat slip, 6 t-shirts and six (6) VIP Passes ($1,500 value), a Beach House Party BBQ for 50 people with BBQ served, a private bartender and a 3-hour live performance by one of our local musician ($2,000 value) hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort, a guitar autographed by Blake Shelton, Tracy Byrd, Clay Walker and 12 other songwriters, several other autographed guitars ($1,000 value on each guitar), a Beachbilly Lifestyle video production package for your business ($2,000 value), and many more surprise items to be announced. Over $20,000 in auction items will be up for grabs. The silent auction tent will be open 1:00 to 7:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you are not able to attend the festival and would like to bid on items at the action, please contact the festival at the organizer's phone number below. The auction will close at 7:00 on Sunday with all auction items to be paid for and picked up by 9:00 pm on Sunday unless other arrangements are made.
There will be a 15-minute stage changeover between each band with all bands performing 1.5 hours during the day and 3 hours for closing shows at the end of each day.
The Merchandise Tent Pavilion will be open 1:00 to 7:00
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
