*GENERAL INFORMATION*

We recommend that you bring your camp chairs, blankets, tents, umbrellas, sunscreen and bug spray to you are comfortable all weekend.


FOOD, BEVERAGE AND OTHER SERVICES:


Warrior BBQ Food Truck and Billy's Gourmet Hot Dogs Food Truck will be open from 7:00 to 11:00 on Friday and from 1:00 to 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday serving soft drinks, awesome BBQ, Dogs, Burgers, and great festival food.  War Dog Bourbon & Cigars will be offering hand-rolled cigars.  Warrior Beer Company will be serving up their AWESOME handcraft beers, and there will also be wine, domestic beer and import beer, and a full bar for your enjoyment.  Additionally, there will be a hydration tent with misting fans, cold towels, cold bottled water to cool you down and help you relax during the festival.  Chair massages will be offered by Aylin Kerimoglu.  Perdido Key Music Festival hopes that you ENJOY PKMF 2025!   


  NO COOLERS and NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL 

allowed at the festival.  


PARKING:

FREE PARKING will be on a first-come-first-served basis in front of the festival site.  Founder VIP passes come with a special VIP Parking area.   We highly recommend that you come by 

UBER, LYFT, CAB or PARTY BUS

IMPORTANT **NO REFUND** NOTICE:

Perdido Key Music Festival is a charity event presented by the Mark A. McBride Arts & Music Fund, Playa del Rio RV Resort, Flora Bama, and Warrior Beer Company.  PKMF has been hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort for its first 10 years, and to allow the festival to grow, PKMF 2025 has been moved to the Warrior Beer Company.  100% of all proceeds from the event goes to benefit the Frank Brown Foundation for Music, the Frank Brown International Songwriters' Festival, and MANY other great charities and good causes (see our Charities page for all the organizations and causes that we have helped over the years).  In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, a rain-out or any other occurrence that is out of the organizer's control that causes the festival to be postponed, there will be NO REFUNDS issued, there will be no guarantee of the same band line-up for rescheduled event dates, and there will be no guarantee of the new date or time of year for rescheduling.  All passes issued will be valid for the rescheduled date.  In the event of rain on either day, the performances may be postponed for later in the day or moved indoors in lieu of rescheduling.  So, it is important to keep your official festival lanyards and passes safe because we will NOT issue replacement passes for any postponed events.  Updates and announcements the weekend of the festival will be made on our Facebook page @PerdidoKeyMusicFestival.


There will be a special section for those who would like to bring tents or umbrellas for shade.  Folding chairs and blankets are suggested for everyone.   VIP Passes will enjoy a covered front-of-the-stage area.

RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION:

There will be raffle tickets available with over $20,000 in awesome raffle items from our generous sponsors raffled on Saturday and Sunday. Also, there will be over $5,000 in door prizes given away as long as door prizes last.  Door prizes are given away during breaks, and you must be present to win.  The raffle ends at 7 pm each day.  Also, there will be a 50/50 drawing with 50% / proceeds going to charity [that drawing will be on Sunday night -- need not be present to win the 50/50].   The 50/50 drawing will be worth at least $1,000.


There will be a silent auction with over $20,000 worth of great items.  Examples of past-festival auctions items included an autographed Dean Dillon Photo Canvas ($500 value - one like is sold for $2,001 in past auction), an 8-hour Pontoon Boat Rental from Flora Bama Charters ($800 value), a 3-hour Sandy Roots Studio Recording Session ($500 value), a 10-hour Recording Session with overnight guest house accommodations at  30-South Studio in Franklin TN ($1,500 value), an autographed Guitar signed by all PKMF 2023 performers (Priceless), a Soul Strings original art bracelet created by Cynthia Adams for a man or woman ($100 value), a Private 3-hour House Party Concert with one of our many local Perdido Key musicians such as Christina Crystal and Justin Colvard performing live ($350 value), Perdido Key Music Festival VIP Packages ($1,200 value), a full length black ranch mink coat ($3,000 value), a private house party for 25 people with BBQ served and a 3-hour live performance by a local musician ($1,500 value) hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort Event Venue, guitars autographed by Randy Houser, Dean Dillon, Vince Gill, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, and many other great artists and songwriters ($1,000 + value on each guitar), custom made Red Hand Guitars electric guitars ($1,500 value plus on each guitar), a 3-hour charter with Fish House Charters ($500 value), an 8-hour deep sea fishing charter with Emerald Shore Adventures ($2,200 value), a 3-hour Cruisin' Tikis Orange Beach charter ($500 value), Sig Sauer hand guns, vacation getaways at condo in Perdido Key and Orange Beach ($1,000 value), golf packages, a Playa del Rio RV site 3-night weekend getaway ($500 value), Daniel Moore S/N Limited Edition Alabama football framed print the "Crimson Legacy" ($1,500 value), Taste of the Beach AL-FL Gulf Coast Restaurant and Bar Gift Card package ($2,000 value), $500 Gift Card to 8 Reale OBA @ The Wharf, a Frank & Co. Jewelers $1,000 Gift Cards, original artworks, autographed memorabilia, and many more surprise items announced last-minute.  Over $20,000 in auction and raffle items are up for grabs each year.  The silent auction tent will be open 1:00 to 7:00 on Saturday and Sunday.  If you are not able to attend the festival and would like to bid on items at the action, please contact the festival by email for further information.  A full list of auction items will be posted on our Facebook Page.  The raffle and the auction will close at 7:00 on Sunday.  All auction items must be paid for and picked up by 9:00 pm on Sunday unless other arrangements are made.  You do NOT need to be present to win at the auction table or to win a raffle items, but you do need to be present to win door prize items.


There will be a 15-minute stage changeover between each band with all bands performing 2 hours each, except for the closing band each night that will perform for 3 hours. 


The Merchandise Tent Pavilion will be open 1:00 to 7:00 

on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be a special performer check-in area with a private backstage area with a small private seating area for performers to tune up and relax in between sets and sessions.  Complimentary Beer, water and soft drinks will be backstage for scheduled performing musicians during their show!
