FOOD, BEVERAGE AND OTHER SERVICES:
There will be a FOOD TRUCKS open from 1:00 to 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday serving soft drinks and awesome food by Cocamoke Smoke BBQ Food Truck. Warrior Beer Company will be service up their AWESOME craft beers, and there will also be wine, domestic beer and import beer. And, there will be a hydration tent with misting fans, iced wet towels, bottled water and chair massages to cool you down and help you take a break from the heat. Perdido Key Music Festival hopes that you ENJOY PKMF 2025!
NO COOLERS allowed and NO BYOB allowed at the festival.
There will be limited FREE PARKING at the festival site. We highly recommend that you take UBER, LYFT or a cab service.

IMPORTANT **NO REFUND** NOTICE:
Perdido Key Music Festival is a charity event presented by Beachbilly Lifestyle, Playa del Rio RV Resort and Warrior Beer Company. PKMF has been hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort for its first 10 years, and to allow the festival to grow, PKMF 2025 has been moved to the Warrior Beer Company. 100% of all proceeds from the event goes to benefit the Frank Brown Songwriters' Foundation for Music and many other great charities and good causes. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, a rain-out or any other occurrence that is out of the organizer's control that causes the festival to be postponed, there will be NO REFUNDS issued, there will be no guarantee of the same band line-up for rescheduled event dates, and there will be no guarantee of the location or new date or time of year for rescheduling. All passes will be valid for the rescheduled date. In the event of rain on either day, the performances may be moved indoors in lieu of rescheduling. Updates and announcements the weekend of the festival will be made on Facebook.
There will be a special section for those who need to bring tents or umbrellas for shade. Folding chairs are suggested (unless you purchase VIP reserved seating). NO PETS ALLOWED.
RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION:
There will be raffle tickets available with over $5,000 in awesome raffle items from our generous sponsors given away on Saturday and Sunday during stage changeovers throughout the day (as long as raffle prizes last). Raffle items are given away during breaks, and you must be present to win. The raffle ends at 7 pm each day. Also, there will be a 50/50 drawing with 50% / proceeds going to charity.
There will be a special raffle table and a silent auction tent with great items. Examples of past-festival auctions items included an autographed Dean Dillon Photo Canvas ($500 value - one like is sold for $2,001 in past auction), an 8-hour Pontoon Boat Rental from Flora Bama Charters ($800 value), a 3-hour Sandy Roots Studio Recording Session ($500 value), a 10-hour Recording Session with overnight guest house accommodations at 30-South Studio in Franklin TN ($1,500 value), an autographed Guitar signed by all PKMF 2023 performers (Priceless), a Soul Strings original art bracelet created by Cynthia Adams for a man or woman ($100 value), a Private 3-hour House Party Concert with one of our many local Perdido Key musicians performing live ($350 value), a Perdido Key Music Festival 2024 VIP Package that will include a boat slip, 6 t-shirts and six (6) VIP Passes ($1,200 value), a full length black ranch mink coat (size small, $3,000 value), a private house party for 25 people with BBQ served and a 3-hour live performance by a local musician ($1,500 value) hosted at the Playa del Rio RV Resort Event Venue, guitars autographed by Randy Houser, Dean Dillon, Vince Gill, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton and many other great artists and songwriters, and other memorabilia ($1,000 + value on each guitar), a custom made Red Hand Guitars electric guitar ($1,000 value), a 3-hour charter with Fish House Charters ($500 value), a Beachbilly Lifestyle video production package for your business ($2,000 value), an 8-hour deep sea fishing charter with Emerald Shore Adventures ($2,200 value), a 3-hour Cruisin' Tikis Orange Beach charter ($500 value), Sig Sauer hand guns, a vacation weekend getaway at a condo in Perdido Key ($1,000 value), a Playa del Rio RV site 3-night weekend getaway ($500 value), Daniel Moore S/N Limited Edition Alabama football framed print the "Crimson Legacy" ($1,200 value), Taste of the Beach AL-FL Gulf Coast Restaurant and Bar Gift Card package ($1,000 value), $500 Gift Card to 8 Reale OBA @ The Wharf, a Frank & Co. The silent auction tent will be open 1:00 to 7:00 on Saturday and Sunday. If you are not able to attend the festival and would like to bid on items at the action, please contact the festival by email for further information. The auction will close at 7:00 on Sunday with all auction items to be paid for and picked up by 9:00 pm on Sunday unless other arrangements are made. You do NOT need to be present to win at the auction table, but you do need to be present to win raffle items.
There will be a 15-minute stage changeover between each band with all bands performing 2 hours each.
The Merchandise Tent Pavilion will be open 1:00 to 7:00
on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be a special performer check-in area with a private backstage area with a small private seating area for performers to tune up and relax in between sets and sessions. Complimentary Beer, water and soft drinks will be backstage for scheduled performing musicians!
