The 501C3 non-profit Frank Brown International Foundation for Music endeavors to have a cultural, educational and economic impact on the Baldwin County, Alabama, and Escambia County, Florida areas and beyond. To these ends, the Foundation produces the nationally recognized Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival on an annual basis. This event brings over 200 of the unsung heroes of the music business together from all over the world. Taking place in November, the Festival provides an economic boost to all sorts of businesses in the area during a traditionally challenging time of year. Recent surveys indicated Festival attendees came from 44 states and contributed over four million dollars to local economies.
The 39th annual Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival will feature nationally acclaimed songwriters in venues along the
Florida / Alabama Gulf Coast from November 9th - 19th, 2023.
The festival is an opportunity for seasoned and aspiring songwriters and musicians from all over the world to have their songs heard, and for the public to learn the stories behind the lyrics that only the song’s author can express.

Founded in 1984, Youth-Reach Gulf Coast (YRGC) is a non-profit Christ-centered home set on a beautiful 81-acre campus east of Summerdale, Alabama. This long-term, residential ministry is designed to remold the values and turn around the lives of at-risk young men, ages 18-22.
Set in the structure of a balanced family and home life, YRGC concentrates on developing character, responsibility and a strong work ethic. Facilitated by experienced, trained and respected counselors, our goal is to heal past wounds and restore families.
Gulf Coast Musicians Medical Fund provides medical cost assistance for our Brother and Sister Gulf Coast musicians and songwriters in our community, which includes Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana. GCMMF serves those musicians and songwriters in need of medical care, including initial office visit costs, initial prescription costs, and education on treatment and diagnosis through counseling from Pastors, Counselors or Licensed Professionals. We are a 501 (c) Christian based charity committed to improving the health and medical care of the musicians and songwriters, and helping to offset the cost of minor health issues that if left untreated, could unnecessarily develop into a major health issue.
