This year’s 3rd Annual PKMF 2023 (10th Annual Event) is dedicated to Joe Gilchrist … Mr. Flora Bama, the Founder of the Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival, and a true leader in the music community along the Alabama-Florida-Mississippi Gulf Coast. Perdido Key Music Festival is proud to have called Joe our friend and honored to have had him in our music community for so many decades!

This year’s 3rd Annual PKMF 2023 is in memory of and in honor of so many of our Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival Family and Friends and our Music Community of talented singers, songwriters, performers, artists and musicians that are no longer with us who have made such an impact on the festival and our local music community.
